ADEN
acronyme de:Appui au Désenclavement Numérique

ADEN is an international cooperation project designed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The goals of the ADEN project are to increase democratic access to the Internet, to supply training in use of new technologies, and to encourage an african production of content. It is about an answer to "how to reduce the digital divide in Africa ?", by the installation of a complete device for the creation of public access points to the Internet in digitally wedged zones.
