The Executive Board

The role of the Executive Board

 

The Executive Board makes decisions on all operations necessary for the management of the association and for fulfilling its objectives.


The association is governed by an Executive Board comprising 13 members, nominated for two years.


The executive committee is comprised of:

  • 3 ex officio representatives for the Nantes Metropole (ex-officio members’ college)
  • 2 ex officio representatives of the Loire Regional Council (ex-officio members’ college)
  • 1 ex officio representative of the General Council of Loire-Atlantique (ex-officio members’ college)
  • 1 ex officio representative of the City of Nantes (ex-officio members’ college)
  • 6 representatives to be appointed, without distinction, from within the “Associated Members” and “Qualified Personalities” colleges, elected by the General Meeting.
