This Website enables you to easily view complete and diverse information pages on, for example, the activities of the Nantes permanent Secretariat and its partners, on the organisation of the World Forums for human rights, on programmes, archives and the latest news, as well as the contact details of those bodies promoting human rights around the world.
This Website is trilingual: French, English and Spanish. You may also register online for the next World Forum on Human Rights.
All relevant information may be found under the main headings: The Secretariat, 2008 Forum, Documentation, Partners, Contacts. Let yourself be guided from link to link to find the desired information!
For browing, it is quite easy - use the “breadcrumb trail” located permanently at the top of the page. It enables you to locate yourself within the Website structure, and with a simple click you can go forward, or back to the more general pages preceding the one being viewed.
This site is also an exchange tool, offering a collaborative platform from the Home Page in the "Sharing Workspaces Online" section, enabling interested persons to work online wherever they may be in the world.
Online workspaces can thus be devised around themes linked - more especially - to the next World Forum on Human Rights. Access is governed by an identification system (via personal codes).
Hence, anyone interested, even those not physically participating in the World Forum on Human Rights, may join in debate on their preferred area of interest, thereby enabling to prepare discussions prior to each Forum, to follow them during deliberations and refer to them thereafter.
The collaborative platform is also equipped with its own “online help”.
